Happy Memorial Day everyone!! 

In between all of the beach time, pool time, BBQs, etc. please take a moment to remember the meaning behind today.  Although I have never personally lost anyone to war or anyone who was serving protecting our country, today is about honoring and remembering those who gave their lives so that we may know what freedom is.  So thank you to all of the men and women who have given their lives for us... but also a big thank you to those who are currently serving in the military... it is because of those who sacrificed their lives for our country and because of those who are currently serving that we can call ourselves the land of the free.

We are the land of the free because of the brave.

Happy 4th of July

Happy 4th of July all!! Many thanks go out to all of of those who have made this country what it is today.  Without those who have fought for our country we would not be the land of the free and the home of the brave.  So many thanks go out to all of our troops who have fought for our country and who continue to fight for us.  There are not enough words to express my gratitude.

I am going to keep this short and sweet because it's been a long weekend, but wanted to leave you with a song that makes me cry almost every time I hear it because well it just touches my heart.
